Winston Wachter Fine Arts, LLC This 1,600 square foot fine arts gallery was designed to showcase the works of contemporary artists represented by the firm. 2004 Olympic Piers Project As part of a bid to sponsor the 2004 Summer Olympic Games, the city of San Juan, Puerto Rico proposed using cruise ships to house tourists visiting during the Games. This project offered a temporary pier structure to receive the ships during the Games and thereafter to serve as a park for the island's socially active population. The disembarkation platform at the end of the pier, with its sail-like canopy roof, acts as a natural air conditioner and sunscreen. |
